Machine Station is a one stop organization for all pre-owned CNC Machinery with the corporate office currently relocating to Lake Elsinore, CA. We currently offer over 70 brands of CNC machines and have locations in Texas, Illinois, India, and Mexico. Machine Station is currently looking for a CNC Technician. The CNC technician position is responsible for performing high diversified duty to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain industrial equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance system and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Location: MachineStation – Lake Elsinore, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- General machine, CNC machine maintenance / repair / testing
- Monitor/test if arrival equipment meets the required specification, and record the report
- Installation of CNC machinery on customer site
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair machine operation.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Report any unusual situation to proper supervisor
- Support any technical issue
- Properly fill out repair logs
Required Skills
- 4 Years Experience Maintenance of CNC machines
- 4 Years Experience Reading and Interpreting machine prints
- 4 Years Experience CNC Machine installation’s
